La Plagne is an intermediate’s paradise, even if you don’t use the link to Les Arcs. For experts, it has huge areas of off-piste that don’t get skied out too quickly and all the runs on the glacier area are now left ungroomed.
It is a unique collection of seven high altitude resorts (Plagne 2000, Plagne Villages, Belle Plagne, Plagne Soleil, Plagne Centre, Plagne Bellecote, Plagne 1800) and four satellite resorts, including Montalbert – home to Chalet le Col (Montalbert, Champagny-en-Vanoise, Montchavin-Les Coches, La Plagne Vallee).
